The largest Croatian and Serbian population in the Western world is in Chicago. Starting in the 1970s, the American CIA began a series of so-called "terrorist" events, centered in the Windy City, agitating for some kind of equal rights for Croatians and for Serbians in the Balkans homeland. In any case, these happenings generated news coverage. Bombings and shootings in Chicago became an every day event, in or near the Serb and Croat portions of Chicago, known as South Chicago. In one event, an airplane was hi-jacked from O'Hare Airport, supposedly for Europe. Negotiator for Croats was a former federal prosecutor close to CIA. Also, the editor of the Serbian newspaper in Chicago was assassinated in his office. A Serb activist died when his car somehow fell off a bridge into the Chicago River. The strategist for the Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, headquartered in suburban Libertyville, was none other than Albert Jenner, Jr., previously part of the Warren Commission that proclaimed that a "lone assassin", not the CIA, assassinated President Kennedy. Wow! A coincidence?
